If you are interested in modelling for our group please get in touch as we sometimes run a bit low on local models. All ages and bodytypes are welcome. Females are generally prefered by some of our artists although we do use males too once a month to help keep things balanced.

Full instruction is given to inexperienced models at the sessions and we usually assist with the choice of poses. Our sessions are weekday evenings, 7-9pm and we pay £30 for the evening. A little more can be offered towards travel for long distance models.

On average, our group consists of 8-12 artists who are aged from late 20's up to retirement. They are a very friendly bunch and serious in their work. A few of whom are professional artists or art tutors. Many have been attending our group for a couple of years or more and have sketched a whole variety of male and female models of varying ages (20-60yrs) and sizes (8-18+).
Models are required to bring a robe which they must wear between poses and sit on at all times for reasons of hygiene. You are welcome to bring a friend along if you wish. You are also welcome to drop into another session before your booking to view another model at work to see what is involved.

We usually choose three poses for our models. They are approximately two 25min poses and a 50min pose.
Typical poses are: 1). Sat on the floor (on foam cushions), 2). Seated and 3). Reclining.

We won't have you standing on your first evening as this can be more difficult to hold.
We will settle you into your pose while you wear your robe and once you are comfortable it is removed.
